S11. Nam Kao Tod (Crispy Fried Rice)This is a great dish that is not known here very much. It is sweet, sour,
crunchy and fun. Rice, peanuts, pork country sausage, ginger, green onion,
fish sauce, and lime juice served with greens to wrap the fried rice in so
you can eat it by hand. Very popular consider ordering 1 or 2 stars less
than you would normally because of the ginger.
