Restaurant is less than a mile from my location, yet the food was tepid - and almost 1.5 hours before delivered. When asked why order took so long, driver was defensive that I was wrong about the time. Yeah. Never again.

I'm not sure how this place has a 4.5 star rating, but its terrible. the food was super slow and the food tasted terrible.

Most of my order ended up in the trash.
*The Chicken Phad Thai had very little chicken, the serving container was only half full, and it was merely tolerable.
*The fresh spring rolls were dry like cardboard, and the dipping sauce was way to sweet to eat. I hollowed out the spring rolls to create a salad, but that wasn't very good either so I threw it away.
*Finally, the cucumber salad was served like a soup--in a sickly sweet sticky liquid. The liquid leaked in the delivery bag and caused a mess.
Gross.

I love this place and have ordered from them several times. Last time I expected the same but the food was just ok. On top of it, they told me that they will no longer delivery to me. The excuse was that the drivers can't find it easily (they always deliver very quickly) and they won't deliver past Mercer. I live 3 blocks away from Mercer! I am extremely disappointed. I hope they don't treat all their loyal customers this way.

Food was really good...especially the crab rangoon. However delivery took over an hour and a half and I live about a mile from the restaurant. Most likely will pick up if I order again.

We eat here all the time and it's excellent. I've probably tried around 30% of the menu and have yet to have a bad meal. One of my favorite thai places in Seattle - their crab delight is amazing, I love their curries and fried rice

Food came in 35 min- A+
Spicy Crisy Prawns- Taste A+ but because they were delivered they were no longer 'crispy'. But definately a plate to recommend for dine-in.
Chicken Pad Thai- B-, the taste is awesome but the noodles were chopped into 1/2 long peices(weird) and the chicken was a little on the fatty side, but when I ordered 2 stars, that is definately what I got...just spicey enough to leave your nose running, but without burning your mouth.
Would definately order again.
